We believe in the mantra of "On-time delivery". The smaller quantity or as agreed order is completed and shipped within 3-4 weeks to the destination of your choice. If you require the products urgently, we can dispatch them by air transport.
Kindly note that you will be responsible for the safe and timely payment of invoice by a method acceptable to Garg Dyeing & Tent Works. If you have already established availability of a tent and wish to expedite delivery, please use certified funds.
Goods remain the property of Garg Dyeing & Tent Works until paid in full. Garg Dyeing & Tent Works reserves the right to refuse to fulfill your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product and product descriptions posted on our website or in our printed literature. By placing your order, you agree that Garg Dyeing & Tent Works' total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Garg Dyeing & Tent Works.
Customer should specify preferred shipping carrier. If not specified, Garg Dyeing & Tent Works will assign the carrier without assuming responsibility for delivery time or charges. Merchandise, which is not sold under a free shipping promotion is usually, shipped freight collect. C.O.D. shipments must be paid subject to our terms regardless of method of transportation. Garg Dyeing & Tent Works is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. You must make claims for damage or shortages to the delivering carrier.
Garg Dyeing & Tent Works is not responsible for normal wear and tear or for damages caused by shipping, accidents, misuse, alterations, or improper installation. Although all products sold by Garg Dyeing & Tent Works are made to the highest standards in the special event industry, we are not responsible for the negative effects of climate, pollution, acts of God and long or semi-permanent installations. Because tents are temporary structures by nature, it is the customer's responsibility to protect their tents against the effects of weather, vandalism, falling debris and other environmental or foreign agents.
Custom Duty, VAT, GST and any other kind of taxes are not included in Garg Dyeing & Tent Works' prices and is additional where applicable unless signed certificates of exemption are furnished and approved. All disputes or differences whatsoever shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the award made to pursuance thereof shall be binding on both of us.
